Reserving your dates

We accept orders on a first-come-first serve basis and make every effort to accommodate our customers.

  • $100 deposit required to reserve the date of your event-deposit applied towards final bill. Please contact out Catering Director Bill Bourbeau to check availability.


  • 10% deposit (of entire order) is required upon finalization of menu. Deposit returned for any cancellations made 30 days prior to event. (No refunds for cancellations during December.) Any cancellations made up to 2 weeks before your event will allow us to return your entire 10% deposit. Any cancellations during the 2 weeks prior to your event will result in the loss of the 10% deposit plus the $100 deposit.
  •  Final head counts required 48 hours before the event.
  • Complete Full Service china & silverware as well as Disposable China & silverware available.
  • A bill will be given on the day of the event. Payment expected at that time.
  • Prices do not include 7% Meal Tax
  • (6.25% State & .75% City)
  • Prices do not include gratuity.
  • (18% gratuity added to food total)
  •  Prices are subject to change without notice.


“Cold” selections are presented fully garnished and ready to serve. “Hot” items are placed in chafing dishes with sterno flames to keep temperature stable. We also can bring food items oven-ready (you complete the cooking process.)


Our staff is dressed in black and white and will conduct themselves in a polished and a professional manner. Prices for hiring waitstaff vary depending on type of event, please inquire about pricing.
